The Los Angeles Fire Department Regulation #4 requires high-rise buildings to undertake a complete inspection and test of all Fire Life Safety Systems on an annual basis. This is designed to ensure the system’s proper operation in the event of an emergency. The Engineering Department, together with our vendors, will be testing the system. FIRE ALARM TESTING: [5/13-15]: 7:00PM:
Fire alarms will be tested and inspected May 13th-15th at 7:00PM.
All Tower and Wing Floors will be accessed and inspected. Testing of the Fire Life Safety System will take approximately 30-40 minutes per floor, during which time periodic audible alarms will sound and strobes will flash. All door magnets will release, and elevators will recall to the Lobby at this time.
