At Los Angeles Center Studios, we deeply value our tenants and are committed to ensuring you have the necessary knowledge in the event of an emergency. It is essential that our building provides clear exit instructions and outlines the proper procedures to follow. As incidents like fires and earthquakes have demonstrated, effective planning is critical for your safety.
On April 23rd, Los Angeles Center Studios will hold a mandatory Floor Warden Meeting in The Refinery at 10:00 AM.
As required by Title 19 of the California Code of Regulations, each tenant must assist in maintaining the building’s emergency plan. To that effect, floor wardens are the points of contact within each office who will take charge in the case of an emergency and direct their employees. Topics to be discussed are: the building’s Life Safety Systems, emergency procedures in the event of a fire, your duties as Floor Wardens and Monitors, and the Building’s annual required fire drill. At least one (1) representative from each suite must attend.
On May 7th, there will be a Fire Drill, starting at 9AM, which will require all tenants to evacuate the building.
In preparation for our Floor Warden Training & Fire Drill, Tenant Services send a memo with the floor warden list and impaired lists. Please kindly fill them out and send them back to tenantservices@lacenterstudios.com by Friday, April 10th.
