On April 24th, Los Angeles Center Studios will hold a mandatory Floor Warden Meeting in The Refinery at 10:00 AM. We will also have fire extinguisher training at this time.
Topics to be discussed are: the building’s Life Safety Systems, emergency procedures in the event of a fire, your duties as Floor Wardens and Monitors, and the Building’s annual required fire drill.
At least one (1) representative from each suite must attend.
On May 5th, there will be a Fire Drill, starting at 9AM, which will require all tenants to evacuate the building.
